Kelly was phenomenal from the very first phone call we had. She was prompt, friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond the initial vent cleaning we hired her for. She fixed a separated duct underneath the house while she was cleaning them and even stayed to look at an additional dryer issue we were having, and yes we have absolutely hired her to come fix it in the coming weeks.
