Duck Queen was super responsive, arrived early, and took great care in delivering a very helpful service. They helped me get a squirrel's nest out of a dryer vent line. They did the job thoroughly and were super nice on top of it all. Highly recommend.

Recently I decided to have my dryer ducts cleaned in an effort to reduce the risk of fire during the summer months when the risk is very high. I was referred to Kelly Carlson, the owner and operator of Duck Queen by a friend. I had all 4 units cleaned and inspected. The price was very reasonable. Kelly is specially trained and has the latest in equipment to clean vents as well as a camera to see the progress of her work. I would recommend Kelly to any who wants to be sure that their dryer is safe and the vents and tubes are not clogged with lint. I feel very confident that my dryer is not going to heat up due to clogged vents.

We had a fire in our dryer in our Bay Area home so I understand the importance of keeping the vent clean. Vacuuming by the homeowner doesn’t work. It needs to be done professionally. For fire safety and peace of mind, this is a "must do" for every homeowner.
